Everything about this condo and complex was awesome! Well appointed unit with comfy beds, great views, convenient location.

Perfectly adequate older condo. Noisy neighborhood in March.

Amazing location half block to the beach and short walk to lots of amazing restaurants. You don’t need a car. Across from a wonderful dive shop that we used multiple times for snorkeling and diving. The complex itself, Villa Playasol, has direct access to the beach, and a beautiful shallow pool and lovely grounds. The unit itself is fine- beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with dishes and pans and coffee maker. It was perfect for us as a couple- it might be a bit tight for 2 couples or families with just 1 1/2 baths. Gated parking area. We felt very safe here. Cleaners come every day which is good because you are always tracking in sand. Cece is a great property manager and very responsive.

Excellent place with great location! Caribbean views and <5 min walk to all the restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is ample, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, a microwave, containers, etc., and the couch is very comfortable. There is a nice ocean view from the back balcony. This unit is on the third floor and you hear a bit of noise from the neighbors when they open/close doors, but it did not bother us. There are very good mini-split ACs in the two bedrooms; no air conditioning in the common areas, but if necessary you can cool it down by leaving the doors to the bedrooms open (alternatively, there are two ceiling fans and always a strong breeze from the windows, which have screens). The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! You walk down the stairs and you enter a green lawn... a few more steps and you've got a large pool, perfect for those with young children as it is not deep. A few more steps and you've got several palapas with extremely good shade and ocean views. A few more steps and you get to the beach itself. You do not have to leave the property to get to the ocean. We're looking forward to coming back here on our next trip to the Cancun area.

Great host and accommodations!

The apartment is in a perfect location, complex is a great swimming pool and you were just steps away from the beach. It’s a great place for both couples or a family. The couch was super comfortable, and although the kitchen was small, it was big enough to get the job done. We really appreciated large supply of purified drinking water.

It would’ve been nice if the apartment and had cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee. These little touches really make a difference when you’re traveling with the family.

The cleaning staff stopped by a couple of times, which we didn’t expect, but was very appreciated. When we left, we had forgotten a couple of small things, and the cleaning staff held them for us until we could swing back and get them. It was very kind on them.

The place was clean and perfect. Just like the pictures. The only things that we didn't enjoy were things that we would not have enjoyed anywhere. We didn't really understand about not flushing the toilet paper, and the water pressure wasn't great. But we now know that those are normal things for Mexico. We would definitely stay there again. Locking our rental car inside the complex was a huge bonus.

Cece es una persona muy amable , siempre esta al pendiente de que todo fluya bien, nos gusto mucho la ubicación frente a la playa , l tienen servicio de limpieza diario y cambias las toallas que due buenísimo , la alberca linda y es un spot padre para estar en la playa

This condo is in perfect location in PM. It has nice beach view from living room balcony. The pool is huge and very well kept. We had a wonderful time here.

We were treated like family from the beginning. Any questions or help needed Cece was more than happy and quickly help and respond too. Will be returning! 5 Star service!

We have stayed at this unit before and will continue to come back time and time again. It is the best place to stay in PM. Can't wait to come back in November.

Once again our stay at Playa Sol in Puerto Morelos did not disappoint. We had to reschedule this weekend getaway to Mexico (we live in Houston and go frequently) 3 times due to Covid. The condo was sparkling clean and we had no worries! check in was easy as usual. The pool was soooo nice to relax in/by. The beach was officially closed but as the property is on the beach front we were able to sit out chairs on the edge of the condo's private beach area. We took a couple of dips in the ocean to cool off and no one bothered us. In the town all the restaurants we frequent were awesome at precautions (better than here in the states) -- and al fresco dining is very nice here with the ocean breeze. Special shout out to Burger Underground, which we tried for the first time this visit.--great burgers and the best wings in town.
We hope to stay again at this property in September :))

This is a great place. It's on the 3rd floor so some steps but there is also a good breeze so we never used the A/C. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. After years of Airbnb rentals I always appreciate great lighting - enough to read and see in each room.The pool was nice and large, enough to do short laps. The grassy grounds have a lot of seating in sun or shade and the beach access is right in front of that. The other tenants were friendly and it was very quiet during our stay.

The unit is in need of being upgraded. The balcony only has room for two chairs. It's a two bedroom but not enough seating for four people. Would probably be OK for two people and two children. The grounds and pool are very nice.

Fabulous trip! Cece was extremely responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the amenities like cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. Cece was always available to answer questions. The queen bed was very comfortable.

This was a return visit because we love the location and accommodations so much for the great value that they are.

Appartement très agréable et situé à seulement 50 mn de la plage publique (voiture recommandée notamant pour aller au centre !). La résidence est sympa avec une belle piscine habitée par quelques iguanes ! L'appartement est propre et dispose de tout ce qui faut pour 4 personnes.
Nous n'avons pas pu rencontré cecce, les clés étaient sur la porte en arrivant mais elle a répondu aux messages assez rapidement.
La page publique est très agradable pas d'immenses hôtels au tour! Un restaurant bar sur la plage recommandé, rapport qualité prix excellent mais ouvert que jusqu'à 18h.
Puerto morelos est une petite ville tranquille qui tranche avec tulum ou bien playa del carmen, nous avons regretté de ne pas s'y être arrêter plus longtemps. L'ambiance y est plutôt familiale et tranquille que fête et tourisme de masse.

I stayed on the third floor because I wanted a nice view of the street and beach which was very close. There is a pool with the complex that you can hangout and cool off in. The rooms had a/c while the living room has two ceiling fans. Overall, I loved the place and would come back if I ever make it back to Puerto Morelos.

Though the entire RivIera Maya appears to be struggling with "the seaweed problem," our family loved the small, relaxed town of Puerto Morelos. This home was clean, and, like other places we have stayed, only has air conditioners in the bedroom because of the high cost of electricity. Understandable. This place has a better view than I expected, and it was about a two-minute walk to the beach. We didn't hang out on the beach, however. Our family walked around, went out to eat, went to the market, and booked a great snorkeling tour through Cece. My teens also appreciated the Netflix that was available. 🙂 This place also has a great pool and resident iguanas. Overall, the experience was great (if not too brief!). The house was not luxurious but nice, and the location was perfect. I should also note that Cece was fantastic -- VERY responsive to a thousand of our questions -- friendly and helpful. English was perfect. 🙂 Thanks Cece!

excellente expérience. Cece est très accueillante et nous a bien conseillé durant le séjour. Appartement propre, conforme aux photos et bien situé car à proximité directe de la plage et à quelques pas sur centre ville. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Le condo est agréable, belle piscine et aucun soucis de sécurité. Définitivement une bonne adresse

L’appartement de cece est parfait...les indications sont très précises pour arriver à l’appartement, nous sommes arrivés vers 20h et grâce aux échanges avec cece, nous avons trouvé immédiatement....les clefs étaient sur la porte.
Les lits sont très confortables et la climatisation dans les chambres fonctionne parfaitement.
Nous avons fait la connaissance de cece le lendemain à la piscine...elle est charmante.

This is a great place for a family tired of hotels - 2 bedrooms, beautiful grounds with pool and palapas, and direct access to the beach. Place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and A/C was so strong we had to turn it down. And a washer-dryer!
