Better than the pictures!! The condo was perfectly clean and the grounds were immaculate. The staff is friendly and low keyed.
It is about a 10 min walk to town and we recommend doing this every evening. Buy ice cream and sit in the town square and just enjoy. Part of the charm.

This is a fantastic location and Cece is so great. Not only did everything go well with our rental, she helped us find an incredible Snorkel Tour guide and a shuttle driver. We can't wait to return!

Great location walking distance to everything you need. Impressed that they cleaned everyday it was unexpected. Bottle water was provided. Amazing view. Will be back in December. Air conditioning was excellent. It has a little water heater so quick showers are a must.

This condo is part of a larger complex that Cece manages. The location is amazing and we were happy overall with our stay, however upon learning more about Puerto Morelos during our stay, the price may be slightly high compared to other similar properties in town. Further, the quality of the units in the complex varies greatly — the unit we rented was older and not as well furnished as others available at the same time for the same price (my mother in law rented a much newer/nicer unit in the same complex for the same period of time for less money). It may be worth reaching out to Cece directly to see what is available during your stay!

Cece, the manager of the apartment, is very nice and explained everything during check-in. It is a nice size apartment, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Nice location right at the beach within walking distance to the restaurants and down town.

The curtains in the bedroom do not block out the light coming from outside. The bathroom is quite small and only suitable for one person at a time. The fridge is extremely noisy. It seems to be very old and is therefore running almost all the time. Since the kitchen and the living area is one room, this is really annoying. The dryer also makes a lot of noise during use.

The apartment is fairly basic but comfortable (the only exception being that there's only air conditioning in the bedrooms, so the main living space was sometimes unpleasantly warm for our taste). The unit we were put into wasn't the one we booked, but the amenities were pretty much the same. The location is great, the grounds are lovely, and Cece was very communicative and easy to work with.

Great location and we enjoyed the pool! Highly recommend using CeCe/Dive Zone for snorkeling trips. Poncho and Louis were great with our 6 & 8 year olds.

El mejor lugar que puedes elegir, lo tiene TODO y la ubicación es perfecta para llegar a cualquier lado caminando, la playa a unos cuantos pasos o si lo prefieres puedes pasar un rato agradable en la alberca. Súper recomendable

I have to mention that the condo we booked and the condo we stayed in were not the same and I didn’t even realize that until I looked through all the listings. The place we stayed at was a bit dated, with low water pressure and water temperature that didn’t go past lukewarm and WiFi that kept going in and out. The place was clean and in a great location. Kids really enjoyed the pool and being steps away from the beach. We absolutely loved the town and being in walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store. We will definitely come back in the future and hope to actually stay in the place that we booked.

Cece’s place was amazing! Well air conditioned, tv worked well, potable water provided, daily cleaning service, ample towels, free and gated parking, etc..

Her place was essentially on the beach, about a 1 min walk and about an 8 min walk into town. The pool is located in front of the condo. Everything was perfectly distanced! Great stay if you’re looking to get away from busy Cancun and relax in Puerto Morelos.

There’s also plenty of vendors who will take you to the tourist areas in Cancun if you still want that…we actually found it to be cheaper with pick up from Puerto Morelos. Great time and a great stay!

This is a great place to stay! My girls 6 &8 loved the pool and there are many great restaurants nearby and the beach is right outside your door! It’s very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning.

La ubicación es excelente. Hay varios restaurantes cercanos a los que se puede llegar a pie. También hay un Chedrui a 5 minutos en auto para comprar lo necesario si quieres preparar alimentos en el departamento.
Lo mejor de todo es que se tiene la piscina y la playa al pie del alojamiento y están muy poco concurridos. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo. Prácticamente tuvimos la piscina para nosotros solos.
El departamento se encuentra en un tercer piso, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Incluye toallas, sombrilla y sillas de playa. También tiene unidades de aire acondicionado y ventiladores para estar cómodo.
Cece estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros. Contesta los mensajes en minutos.
Muy recomendado. Definitivamente lo volveremos a contemplar para nuestra siguiente estancia en Puerto Morelos.

This place is closer to the ocean than you expect. It’s quiet. It’s safe. It’s a great value for your money. You don’t spend time inside anyway. The beds are decent for Puerto. The balcony leaves something to be desired but still great.

Great condo! Great location! Really close to town and a wonderful beach steps away. The complex is super peaceful the pool is relaxing and we basically had it to ourselves... we were able to cook with no problem one night 🙂 plenty of cooking ware to use and spices and a big market nearby! Loved that there are two toilets in the unit. All around very comfortable and would recommend! Cece was very attentive and prompt in responding and even set us up on a snorkel trip with her dive shop. So great!

Playasol is a lovely place to stay in PM, in fact, it's my favorite. Cece and her friendly staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any concern. Wonderful, clean pool and so close to the beach!

We appreciated Cece's helpful tips on activities like where to snorkel, encouragement to rent a car, etc! It was super nice to have a 'local' to ask questions, and she always replied promptly. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to do some of our own cooking and smoothie making, and it was nice to have a few condiments and seasonings already there so we didn't have to buy more than we needed. The pictures don't really do justice to the size of the condo--it was really nice to spread out after staying in a little hotel room for a couple days, especially for our 16 yr old son. The grounds are really nice and well kept, too. And having laundry facilities was huge! We also loved the location. It was quiet, but close enough to walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. And we love being right on the beach... Group decision making can be stressful for us so this way anyone or everyone could go jump in the pool or the ocean whenever they wanted--nobody had to wait for anyone else to decide and get ready

Place was great. Pool was clean and the grounds were spotless. The location is probably the best in Puerto Morelos. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this Condominium is perfect, will not find a better place when visiting Puerto Morelos. My family and I, had a wonderful time during our stay with Cece.

The condo was perfect for us, four adults and one teenager. The views are beautiful and the grounds very well kept! The space is perfect! Also close to everything - so a short walk and you can get anything! Cece was so helpful and made the stay even better! Offering restaurant suggestions as well as a cenote and snorkeling! Already looking at coming back and staying here! Highly recommend!
